Nokia N75

I was just told that the N75 will not be 3G capable. Why would Cingular do this when they are trying to build a 3G network? Should I not get the phone and get the Cingular Sync for this reason?

From what I understand, it is UMTS but not HSDPA... so it still plenty fast.
