So, both a Treo 800W on WM6 and the HP iPaq 610 WM6 are rumored to be coming out soon...I'm holding out for one of them, just not sure which yet. I have had a 700W and now a 700WX for quite a while and overall it's ok, but I'm looking forward to improvements on it.

This is a hard call because no one has used the iPaq so it's hard to speak for it's performance. Also, since there's no hard release date, you could be waiting for some time before the iPaq is obtainable. If you aren't in any big rush for a device, it wouldn't hurt to see what the future brings. From a hardware standpoint only, the specs of the iPaq obviously outshine the Treo, but then again, the Treo is here and now. I think if you do get a Treo, a good move is to upgrade it to the "unofficial" WM6 upgrade is the official is not out by the time you decide to purchase. I have been quite happy with it for months. Much more so than when I was running WM5.

The iPaq does look slick but again, it depends on how quickly you need something.
