DASH WONT RING

I have the Comm Mgr set to ring, but the vibrate icon still shows up on the today screen and the phone wont ring on incoming calls........HELP....

...

On the main screen, scroll down and go to 'Profile'. Put a checkmark next to Normal and see if the incoming ring works.
