Motorola RIZR Z3

Hey, I bought an unlocked Vodaphone Z3. It's got some organic German-isms to it. Also - the message indicators are _@ and a triangle@. TMo says this is normal if phone is straight from manufacturer or unlocked. there are no MYFAVS functions, either.

Does anyone know if there is a way to flash the ROM or change this OS to the TMo version??
