Freezing while Texting!

What the heck is happening to my phone? I've had it for little over a month now, and almost every time I go to reply to a text, the frekaing phone freezes on me!

Any suggestions on what to do?

Yes this Z3 Phone turns OFF itself while talking, taking a photo, video or checking messages.

It will also reboot while just sitting idle.
