Best reception??
My Verizon Moto e815 is dying a slow and painful death. I need a new phone, with reception being my biggest issue. Is this the best current phone for reception? Camera, mp3, etc. are all of secondary importance to me. Is the lg 8600 the way to go?
ps...I'm a noob. Please don't flame me if this is a dumb question.

I've had my krzr for over a month now, and I've been extremely pleased with the reception. I'm not saying that you will never drop a call, but I haven't had any problems with the reception. It works better than my old Nokia 6255.

May I recommend the Moto RAZR V3m instead. In my experience, the V3m is actually slightly better in terms of reception to the KRZR. In addition, if you're used to the menu layout on the E815, the V3m is much easier to adapt to. The V3m runs a hybrid Verizon/Motorola interface that has at least a few familiar elements to the E815. The KRZR interface has no similarities at all to the E815 and is slower than both the E815 and V3m. The screen and font size on the KRZR is very small, whereas the V3m's screen is about the same size as the E815 and uses a very readable font. The KRZR may be a bit trendier but from what I've seen the reception fluctuates a lot and that the V3m outperforms it in this respect.

my last phone was a e815. I would highly recommend the krzr as a replacement. If you just want a good reliable phone to use primarily for talking, the krzr is it. I find the reception and call quality are equal if not better than my old trusty e815 in my area. It may be tough to handle the phone if you have big hands. its way smaller than the e815. Many folks complain about the VZ UI but its not that bad at all. get the krzr!
