no need to hack into it. all you have to do is go to your settings, there you will scroll down to security, it will prompt you to enter in a security code...this code is the last 4 digits of your cell phone number, after that your in! and you can go to master reset and it will reset everything!! good luck! 🙂

tryed to reset it, no reset on this phone for some odd reason, tryed calling vzw. they said no reset, talked to vzw tech and cust serv at main vzw they said no reset. calling moto now to talk to some foreigners prob gonna get same result.

called moto, no way to reset it. u must take everything out manually. talked to a krzr expert, and he was actually american how bout that
