Manufacturer's Warranty....You People Will Need It.
I work for Cingular and the Razor has MAJOR Problems. I figured that I should give you guys the manufacturer's warranty number if you plan on purchasing this phone because you WILL need it.

My son has had this phone since January - that's 9 months. His has worked just fine; no problems. Remember, the warranty is only for one year. I've had one for a couple of months now - no problem.

To elaborate on my earlier message, here are the difficulties that you will experience.
*software defects-freezing screen, slow menus
*battery life-drains quickly
*lack of durability-drop it once and it's done
*reception problems-dropped and missed calls
*dusty screen-dust builds up behind screen
*keypad defects-the keys stop working....or in some cases, you can turn it on and off but the other keys will not work.
*volume issues-can't hear other people and vice versa
*speakerphone defects-makes a crackling sound

You sure your talking about the V3i?-I've had mine for some time now and never experienced any of the issues you've mentioned. Sounds like your talking about the V3m but I love my 3i.

YEah Right, mi battery lasts up to 6 hours of talk time and about 15 days of standby time.
