Samsung SGH-R225 / SGH-R225M

Does anyone know how I can do an import of the contact numbers from the SIM? I can do a one by one copy but its a pain in the behind.

I'm switching providers so my old SIM will be useless soon.

Amazon.com says this has been discontinued, but the T-mobile website still offers it. This looks like just the kind of no-frills phone I'm looking for, but can I still get it, or has T-Mobile just not updated their website?
