I just did a search on ebay, and 5 cingular branded n75's were on there. Which I would guess that people that were lucky enough to get them are trying to sell them while the price is still$$$$$$$$. But thats my sense, who knows, maybe they just found that they weren't all they cracked up to be... 😉

hi guys! let me tell you that the phone is friggin' awesome! i've had several for a month and it works with my cingular sim card. wish i could tell you why it hasn't been released, but very well worth the wait! (not tryin' to rub it in so don't beat me up on here!)

So I assume that by you can't tell us that its a legal issue... I've been waiting for seven months, I can't take it!!! Do you have any info you can give us about a release date at all????

i have no official intel to share. everyone keeps saying it's soon, but no definite dates. all i know is, if you can get your hands on one and you're with cingy, you are good to go!
