8703e and voice commands

I am contemplating an 8703e and have a few questions...

1. Is the Microsoft voice software something that can be loaded to this phone so it can be used with voice commands for blue tooth? I have a blue tooth stereo in my truck and want total voice command control.

2. Does all incoming and outgoing email have to be via blackberry's email address or can you set it up for POP accounts?

3. How extensive is the PIM in regards to the amount of options that can be stored in the calendar and contact info and can it synchronize with desktop software like the Palm for updating on the laptop of dates, to-do's and contact info? Does it duplicate the info or actually match?

Canada Data Roam

Anyone able to receive emails in Canada (Toronto?) on Sprint using the 8703e? Sprint claims it won't work in Canada (even though other BBs do).

8703e vs 700W & 700P???

I started off with the 700W...After a few months I was tired of the locking up issues and got VZW to replace it with a 700P...I've had this 700P for a week now and it's restarted for no apparent reason twice and the email is not nearly as robust/capable as the 700W.

So, now I'm looking at the blackberries. My biggest concerns:

Use is as a modem for a laptop?

Signal strength (700's were best for PDA's that I've ever seen)???

Battery life, stats show the blackberry is worse than the 700's?

Contacts, need ability to store at least 1,000 and need the ability for it to create a new contact from a number that called me?

Should I wait (is the Pearl coming out on VZW?)?

Any and all feedback would be appreciated.

Voice Dial possible

I apologize if I missed this, but I cannot find the info. Does the 8703e support voice dial technology like the Moto e815 etc?

Thanks

Which one

😕

Hey everyone I wanted to know what everyone thought of the Q. I currently have one but was given a chance to trade it for a BB 8703e. I like the Q and the features but it does have a good amount of problems. I have a few days to decide but wanted to get some thought first.

Thanks.

Using a RSA SecurID or CDID with e-mail

Is there a way for me to receive my work emails without having to enter my SecurID all of the time? If so what can be done? Is there maybe a program that can take care of it?
Thanks!

Sound Issues

My husband got this phone about two weeks ago. I noticed that when he's talking to me, it seems to cut out. Sort of.

The reception is fine, but what happens is it sounds like the phone is to his face one second and the next, he's talking to me while holding the phone as far away from his mouth as possible. I can barely hear him. It does this erratically.

Is this a problem with VZW, or the Blackberry? Are Blackberries known for having sound issues (on the other person's end, his end he says is perfectly clear and loud)?

Not sure if we should exchange it as they're finally in stores now and can be easily exchanged, or go towards the Moto Q.

I think we have a few more days before the 15 days are up. So hope to get some answers soo...

I have liked my palm, don't know much about the Blackberry.

Where will I see the biggest differences?

VZW and Sprint's 8703e different?

Everybody is talking about the lack of camera and memory card slot, I got some info on ours, the Sprint version, and it's showing a 1.3 MegaPixel camera and a micro-SD card slot. I'm excited to see this phone they've finally added exactly what I wanted.

BB Sync without BB enterprise server

What is the current situation with sync of contacts/calendar & notes between a BB and exchange/outlook without BB enterpise server?

Does it still require the program running on a client?

Does it sync everything?

-Thanks!

Do you loose calls durring sync?

There used to be an issue that a BB would not get a call while it was doing a sync on Verizon - is this still true with the 8703?

If so, this would seem to be a major problem - after all, you do want to get calls on your cell phone!
