Ive been having issues with people hearing me while I have full bars. My wife keeps saying I'm breaking up but I have full bars. Has anyone else had this problem? It's really frustrating

No problem. Everyone tells me I don't sound like I'm on a cell phone. Quality is excellent. Its possbile you have a bad unit.
