I just got this phone and I love it but I may have a problem with mine. When my phone sits idle every 3 or 4 minutes the outside screen will sometimes show the date and time along with the wallpaper and sometimes it just shows the wallpaper. When it does this it never shows the red bar. Am I missing something? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any help.

Yes I did have a screensaver set for the front screen and main screen and I read what you said to do in the other thread about it and it worked. I shut both of them off, I'm sure it will help the battery life besides the fact it's annoying. Thanks whistler.
