Please Help With Samsung Alias
I just received my 2 gb mem. and the usb cable with the disk. I cant seem to get it to properly work. Everytime I go to the Samsung website..they have nothing to download for this phone..How am i supposed to get software so i can transfer stuff using the usb cord..somebody pleae help. Thank you. 😎

You need to format the card in the phone, first. Check out the FAQs on Samsung.com for this phone model under "misc.". This will give you step by step on how to do it. You do not need software for this. make sure you change the usb setting to mass storage. Once connected to PC, via cable, open my computer>open the removable storage drive for phone>open whichever folder (music for example) and copy and paste files. files will transfer to storage card. Phone should be able to read files. Make sure files being transfered are not rights protected.
