I don't have a CD with the drivers for my Moto Q 9m. I need the installation CD that comes with the phone to install the drivers on my new computer. I heard that this phone is older so it will no longer be supported. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction to get the needed files to be able to transfer info between the computer & the phone. Thank you.
anyone used it yet? i am curious to see how it well integrates the social networking, email and such. I am excited to go play with the devour when it comes out, I like the idea of a phone with a metallic outer shell, makes me reminisce about the days of my old lg 8700
I just attempted to tether the Kharma qa1 for ATT. I d'led Comm. Manager 7.0, then did motorola phone tools using the cd, then d'led the update (which the software said it was up-to-date). No luck either way. Phone was in USB Communication mode, not media Sync or Data Sync.
🤭 I was transferring several files from my Motorokr to my husband's Nokia when it suddenly popped up: Due to an unknown error, fill_in_the_blank file could not be transferred. Now my Bluetooth won't let me send or receive files! It'll connect, but as soon as the file begins sending or receiving, that message pops up. Please help!

Walmart is currently offering this phone for free but I'm a little discouraged because I'm a happy blackberry curve user (happy except for the random resets) However AT&T now requires all data phones to have a 30.00 data plan...yes I'm a weirdo that only uses it for the other functions and rarely the internet...which means I'll have to migrate to a different "class" of phone than what I am use to but I know I'll need a qwerty keypad or I'll go nuts. This phone doesn't seem to have any bad reviews out of all of them that At&t offers 🙄
Are there any users of this phone familiar with using a blackberry v.s. the karma? If so is it a hard adjustment when all you want are the features like calendar with reminder alerts, camera, voice d... (continues)
When I attempt to record a telephone conversation using the Voice Memo feature I am only able to hear the telephone's incoming audio, not mine on voice memo playback...I've read carefully the VE20 Users Guide and it clearly states on page 82 that "you can also record telephone conversations." And the Users Guide mentions nothing pertaining to this limitation.
There are no apparent adjustments within the Voice Memo Options panel that I can find regarding this one-sided audio recording experience.
I just called 2 different verizon stores and they said they were NOT selling the E815 because it had been "quarantined" yesterday due to a motorola software issue. Has anyone else heard anything about this?? Thanks
I just got this phone, and I love it except for one thing that I cannot figure out, and the manual is no help at all, nor were the tech support at my cell provider. When I am texting using iTAP and I want to insert a symbol, I press the "1" key and then arrow down through the choices of symbols. The problem is, that it only gives you a few of the symbols to choose from...so how do I get access to the rest of them???
when the phn is power cycled all texts are deleted-i did a master reset, power cycle, sent another text, than power cycled again and text was gone. also the download apps option is not there,so i am not able to access the internet. i have had 3 i9's and 2 of them have had these problems. is anyone else experiencing this?? is this a software glitch with the i9 motorola?
Help. I have a Motorola RAZR V3. I have not been able to connect to my home phone answering machine to check messages. When I press the PIN during the greeting, I should get connected, but for some reason the pin is not being sent to my answering machine. When I push the buttons they do not make a sound. Does anyone know how to sent a PIN DURING a call to my answering machine. Thanks. Jack
I have a fairly new battery in my RAZR V3m but due to heavy use I have to charge it nearly every evening. I see a lot of non-OEM extended batteries with the door for the RAZR for sale on eBay and all of them say something like, "This battery is made specifically for your cellular phone and to meet or exceed the original manufacturer specifications."
I'm definitely going to get the extended battery although I can see from the photos that my phone will no longer fit in my case. But I'm wondering if the non-OEM battery is indeed as good as the genuine Motorola.
