My opinion: Paris Hilton made this happen. It's all a ploy to get her name out there and make her more popular. But, go Paris! You are boosting T-Mobiles ratings as was said by terryjohnson16. It's an advertisement deep down. :D

The truth is that they're all publicity ho's whether it's Paris Hilton, Jessica, Donald Trump or Sir Richard Branson.

I think it'd be funny to show a computer screen with the, "Please select your secret question and answer in case of forgotten password" up. Hear inside Paris' head:
"I don't know... I'll never remember any of these. My social security number is way too long to remember. Ooo! 'What is your favorite pet's name?'... perfect!"
They already paid a lot of celebrities to be in their current ads... now go and get Lindsey Lohan, Nick Carter and a few others and do a total spoof off it.
