Wouldn't really make any sense to do until Google adds native pen support and apps to Android. To my knowledge this has not happened yet. But with the growth of the Note/Phablet market, it very well may come in one of the next updates.

Probably either Samsung Galaxy S III,
but with the HTC One X+ Coming out (1.7GHZ Quadcore processer) the One X+ will probably be the most powerful.
NOTE: It has not yet been confirmed that the U.S. version of the HTC ONE X+ will have a quadcode.
