check this link http://metropcs.spatialpoint.com/SMP.aspx Note that the very dark purple areas are Metropcs home areas where all services are available. Out of those you wander into 'extended home area' with talk and text, and maybe multimedia. Then you get into "travel talk"... where most probably you will only be able to text. So, anything outside of the Metro home area is a crap shoot and is dependent upon roaming agreements. If if fits the customer, great, go with it. But, be appraised, if it wasn't for the Big 3, Metro would be imited to those dark purple home areas.
