Personal Ringtones for Chocolate

I just got a new chocolate and I was wondering how exactly I would go about setting one of my personal mp3's as the ringtone. Please help!

Data Cable!!

or

Find a friend who has bluetooth data transfer abilities on their PC. Honestly, I'd find a GOOD friend who has a mac... =p
