Can anyone tell me how to delete or change the "hello moto/verizon" message during power up and power off? Motorola V325

First start off by sprinkling fairy dust and reading your phone it's last rites. Then, you want to punt it exactly 45.3 yards and then have an army tank run it over. After all that, it won't even turn on, but at least you don't have to stare at that damn message every time, right?
