Applying new theme(wallpaper) for your Motorola Razr V3
Hey everyone. Here is a cool and FREE website that I found to make ringtones and wallpaper for any type of cell phone www.mytinyphone.com If you dont want to incur charges from your cell phone company, save the file to your PC and load it on to your phone through Bluetooth
To load your new wallpaper on your Motorola Razr V3 you have to first save the picture into your picture folder on your phone, then after you've done that, go to Multimedia scroll down to Pictures then find what picture you want as wallpaper then click on your menu key, scroll down to Apply As then click wallpaper and you are done.
