Question for Indirect Nextel dealers

On Sundays, since FDT support and customer service are closed - how do you get a tentative ban number for a customer?

I've had this problem in the past where a customer has previously ran his/her credit elsewhere and when they come here to activate, I find out they have a tentative ban. I always have to tell them to take the phone with them (they pay me, of course) and then I have to wait until Monday to activate.

Anyone else have this problem or is there an open dept out there that I'm not aware of?
