Changing jobs
I've been lurking around phonescoop for awhile (can't post from work). I currently work in a direct company call center and I just recently got a job in a direct store. I don't know about all companies but with mine there seems to be a call center vs. store mentality. Reps are always complaining about the way store reps screw everything up and vice versa.
I'm really looking forward to the change of pace. Which do you think is easier, in store or over the phone? and why?
