Biotch... that's all I have to say.
She apparently ordered an accessory but put it in her mother's name. It's against Policy and Illegal (it's considered Fraud) for me to so much as open the order if she wasn't the one to place the order since the orders are linked to accounts and I do not have access to accounts deep enough to see notes on the account... if somebody is added as an authorized user I do not have the ability to see that.
What that means is I WILL GET FIRED... F-I-R-E-D and if I'm lucky they won't press criminal charges! I'm not doing it, I don't give a flying whoopdy-freaking-doo how mad you and yo' mama are about it, you're still not getting access. If you placed the order in your mother's nam...

Wishing death upon someone is nasty and highly distateful, regardless of it you are ranting... and karma usually has sneaky way of hearing about it.
You see, I was under the impression that if the phonebank software directed the caller to her then she would need such access.
Kinda like when Nikki was saying it wasn't her job to answer questions, only place orders, yet the phonebank software clearly directed you to telesales for questions.

I also hate (HATE) people calling 'just to ask some questions' because I'm paid on commission and if they just ask questions and then say I'm going to call back later I'm screwed.
