Question for call center/help desk personnel.

I work in a retail location. I will have to call. I will have the customer standing there listening to me and attempting to listen to what you're saying. They will be retards.

What would you prefer we do when we call you?

We need some kind of code for these situations.

It's not very original, but I've had store reps tell me they think the problem is an ID10t error.
