GRRR man who'se upset that he went over by 450 mins, has a $340 bill, wants to speak to a sup, and wants to have sup call back... we're 40 in queue. sups are aleast 3 in queue.. 10 mins... wait for sup minimum... the dastard started cursing and yelling and calling me names.. gah!

What you should have done is i need to put you on hold sir. Then oops look you accidently hit the call release button instead of the hold button. Put in the notes the cust was very rude started swearing and hung up. 😈
