Surely you can figure this one out.......
Lady: I don't get it. The phone you sent me in April has stopped working. It just says that it has a low battery, no matter how long I charge it.
Me: Ok, would you please explain what has happened?
Lady: Well, I got the phone two weeks ago, and there was a little glare on the screen, but I didn't think much of it. Then, yesterday, I dropped it down a flight of stairs and now it won't charge.
come on lady.....do you honestly think you're going to convince me that this is a defect???
