just had a cust who bought a phone from me a few months ago then added a line, wanted to be on the lowest plan possible, the next month he realized that he needed more mins and upped his plan in the middle of the cycle then got overage from proration, now he is in my store mad about the "hidden fees" meaning proratioon, and wants to go back to the lowest plan so he can do it all over again
...
worst part is he didn't buy his second phone from me he went somewhere else, now he wants my help again
