why don't you try calling your sprint rep to find out what it is? my sprint rep is the one that gave me all our information for the platinum line.

Our IVR treats you different depending on how much money you spend 😁. It's great. If you spend enough money then the first thing it says is, "Would you like to be put through to a rep?" 😁
