I usually ask them why they aren't buying today. Usually they say they don't think they are up for upgrade so I pull them to the computer and check. If they aren't yet I write down the number and call them when I can sell them a phone. Easy sale mang.

I can't contact people back when they have money or an upgrade ☹️ A lot of the time when I ask, they still are under contract with another carrier or they need to get other people's thoughts on the switch or something.
