lol some guy is calling our carrier repeatedly trying to get customers info..US agents aren't helping him..overseas agents..are actually helping him get other customers info so they can call the customer to start getting more info from them.
sigh.

and im really keen on getting those who provide info's like this to be taken out of business. just too shameful 😳
i received a call like that a few months after i got regularized and damn, it was a professional-sounding woman coming from back office[that's what her claim is] wanting to do a survey.good thing i remembered the policy.
