I have a friend in the Philippines, he says phones aren't locked there and it's a very different wireless environment than here. He also says their "3G" speeds are like 100kbps down, if that. 🤣 I taunt him with screenshots of my phone getting 4G speeds.

completely different.. they are not charged when they receive calls & text. And, they unlock iphones and any other phones. 🤣
