I've had so many customers threaten to cancel because of either no more yearly upgrades or because they think the end of the Premier program means their plan is changing. "Ok, sure, you can cancel, but as stated in your Terms and Conditions we can change or end that program at anytime, so if you cancel your ETF is NOT going to be waived. But, here, let's let Account Services tell you that." 😈
