Where do you work and how do you get paid???
Hey guys, I work for an authorized dealer and I was just curious as to how other reps get paid at their stores.
I work for an authorized AT&T dealer and we get $7.50 hourly plus commision. Our commision is a percentage of what we make at the end of the month. Our quota is $6000 in total gross profit per rep. Once we hit our quota, which is not that difficult, we get 10% of that. We also have a bonus each month usually, normally accessroy or feature sales.
$6000-$8000 pays out 10% (12.5% w/ bonus)
$8000-$12500 pays out 12% (15% w/ bonus)
$12501 and up pays out 14% (17.5% w/ bonus)

I work for a call center that contracts with AT&T and I get paid 9.00 an hour plus commission. Commission used to be based on how many sales per hour you had at the end of the week, but now it's just a straight 2.50 a sale.
