Have you guys been getting a lot of calls about the iPhone 4? It seems like wait times have increased the past few days and it seems logical that iphone inquiries would be to blame.

All at&t call center folk have been flooded with people having a hard time ordering it or whining because they just bought a 3Gs a few months ago and "deserve" a 4.

yes we have, it is soooo stuip, they wont let us sell the iphone over the phone, we have to tell them to go into the stores or online. People are pissed because now preorder is suspended.

you dont "deserve" a damn thing. History has proven that every June a new iphone comes out. So dont buy the existing iphone just prior to June and then expect to take back your used phone and get a newer one. The customer is responsible for asking questions.
