Perks?
Just curious - what sort of perks does everyone else get from their job? The company that I work for provides its reps with a free cell phone and covers the bill, and also provides us with an expense account so that we can eat out whenever we're working or get coffee (I live in WA - home of Starbucks so the coffee thing is VERY important).

I dont get perks, period. I called the boss cause i was excited cause i had been with the company for 1 year. I asked if i could get some paid time off and he said "well, i think about it, but your sales suck." 😢 Christ, id be happy if i got a lunch break.

exactly what company do you work for? im moving back to washington in two weeks... my perks... i get to work 6 days a week, no benefits, no vacation... and a nuerotic boss with a habit... but ive been told i make more per phone and add-ons then most... so i guess that outweighs the "perks"... not really

I am a corporate employee in seattle and those perks are better than anything I get. i'm ready to leave though. Cingular corporate is BS.

Perks...hmmm...the company I work for is unorganized as HELL. I gotta great rate plan, but I pay the bill. No expense acct, no vacation, no benefits...why am I here again?

Oh yeah, I've been there less than 6 months and all this pretty much started on my first day.

Ha, thats funny....Whats a perk? *looks around* I guess I do have it made better than some. I get paid every month on the 8th and again on the 22nd. If it falls on a Sat. We get paid on a Friday, now if it falls on a Sunday.......we wait til monday. Every paychack we get gives us 2.20 hours of paid time off...we get a 2% discount with out service provider we work for...(thats right I said two percent!!) Then we have a discount with Dell computer which is like 15% off of those. (some conditions apply) We also wait for a year for our FIRST raise, and we might not get that if we have bad scores on our calls. I guess its still ok, but I don't know anymore. I thought I had it good til I saw some of these other perks other people were getting. :c...
