SCREAMING CUSTY: #*@(#@ I am not talking to you! Who was I just talking to? Why was I transferred to you?
Me: I don't know, but, what's your problem and how can I help you?
STILL SCREAMING CUSTY: @(@)*(#@@ I want a supervisor! I am not telling you!
Me: I would really like to help you, so please if you could tell me your problem I will do everything that I can to help.
CONTINUED SCREAMING: @^&(*!@*@&*& I WANT A SUPERVISOR!
Me: I want to be honest with you. Today is my last day. I am going to hang-up on you and I want you to call back when you can speak like a rational human being and then maybe someone then will help you.
