I was readin there contract and what I read was within 15 days you must notify them of the return and then you have the full 30 days to do so. First day being the day it was purchased. But hey don't take this from me I am probably wrong cause I don't work and the shack and don't care to ever do so...

Was just wondering. I like to keep informed so I have info to give perspective customers. I know some third parties allow you so many hours of talk time on the phone. Is this the same with The Shack?

I don't recall seeing anything about talk time use and there return policies. I would go to radio shacks website they should have the terms and conditions posted on there. That's where I read up on my info.
