I've Taken...
Double the amount of calls today than i have in 3 weeks, and i've only taken 54 today.

Right now, I'm up to about 8 calls with 2 sales and I'm only half way through my day.

Here we take 20 to 25 an hour for a 8 hour shift. Get a break of about 5 to 10 seconds between. So anyone who claims they take less is just not working. We have added about 100 to 150 plus and had to add to our center phones and servers. But the customers, ports and dealers keep growing.

Here it is all the same. That is our standard day. There are people who leave because they can not take the pressure. No free ride here. Plus we are a prepaid service

I don't doubt that for one minute. I see people leave here all the time because they thought that it was going to be a job where you sit and do nothing all day when we were still having back to back calls all day long. Some people just aren't cut out for it.

I envy you sir. I'm just part of a dying project. I used to work for a provider with ques of 500 constantly. although the calls were monotonous, it made my day go by fast, and it was fun.

I'd much rather have high que. When it's slow, and I do 10-12 hrs a day, it flies by. When its slow you look at the clock at 10:00 and an hour later its 10:05 đŗ

I would rather be busy that way the time goes fast and I can get out of here. When it's slow like it is now, the time drags on forever and a day.
