can i ask you an insurance question??

i have a customer here who was denied her claim because she doesn't have insurance.......she has had insurance since she signed up......her rate plan was changed earlier today, but the insurance was correctly added to it...........anything you would recommend us or the custy to do??

You need to create an insurance esclation about the Coverage effective date that the insurance was added to be reviewed.
We can create that esclation for her and contact Pocket to update her information. Normally that process takes 24-28 business hours.

Hmm I wish there was a way I could have the customer call me and I would try to set it up for them. It might because of the change that happened today.
