WTF is wrong with people?????
How hard is it to comprehend how a prepaid service works???
You have no contract, you pay for it when you need it!! Why would you call customer service and ask for a payment extension???!!! It's prepaid!!!
when we try to explain that you have to add money to continue talking, you try to ask for us to just turn the phone on till your next payday. how could we possibly asses the usage and bill you for a prepaid account???? DUH!!!!!!
That's like going through the drive through at Mcdonalds and when you get to the window to get the food you tell them you'll stop back next week to pay for your burgers that you're are eating today.
You would not believe how may people call in asking for a payment extension on their prepaid phone.

wow, can't get any dumber than that...oh wait, they can. like when they deliberately use the internet, and download things, and say they didn't know they would be charged...then i tell them that it says the price, and you will be CHARGED if you accept 🙄

Or how about when they want you to get money back and "spank" that company that said they would get free ring tones. Now their money is gone and so is their service. They were too stupid to get any ring tone. Plus they yell that your service stole their money. They say that they will call their lawyer, contact some TV station and are going to go to another company.
