Need some help...
We've got a Palm Pre on display and a customer "accidentally" put a pin on the phone.
Anybody know of a way to hard reset/master clear a Pre without being able to get to the home screen? (Like how with a Treo, you can hold power while inserting the battery...)

Palm is hardcore about security. They WILL NOT give you your own security info . Not with 2 forms of id and a notarized court order. No PW for you!
Luckily you still have some reset option, I think. I think there some hard reset you can do. You'll lose everything, I think. But oh well. call the palm tech support number pizzas gave you.
