Losing my mind
Every week he doesn't know the account information AT ALL to get into his account.
Every week we spend at least an hour trying to help him and hold ourselves back from reaching across the counter and shaking him.
This week I REALLY wasn't sure if I was going to be able to restrain myself.
He was laughing to himself and telling me how horrible Customer Service is in our store and how he can't believe I would need his phone number and the last 4 of his social to get into his account. I told him, in a very nice way, that we tell him EVERY week exactly what information we need to look at his account.
Then customers came in.
