screwing with customers

it always fun messing with customers and they have no clue your doing it, the greatest is getting them to pull the battery out of the phone to check the model while their still on the phone. I got someone to do that today, and then 2 calls later i got her back, and i almost got her to do it again, epic fail

ive had ppl check for the model of the ph. and ask me ...

"will the call disconect when i take the battery out"

and i actually said

"probably"

..(the customer still took out the battery)..

so sad... thats priceless..
...for everything else .... well you know..

it would have made my week to get her to do it twice in a row, then its an epic fail

LOL. I so have to find a way to mess with these cx. I am always mean with a happy tone in my voice, and when they are cursing out load, i mute the phone to laugh and When I get back i would say "Is there anything that IIIII can assit you with..." ummm no. 😁

HAHA! I love telling customers to "Close all windows and reload this link please."
I leave out the "Except this chat" part and they almost always close the chat.
MUAHAHA!
