To answer your question:
I can't do in store bill prints because I don't work for AT&T.
And second. The absolute best phone on the market for GSM is the Sonim XP3.20A Quest phone, which is available unlocked for 399. I have one and it rocks. It is the best phone I've ever owned and it is the toughest rugged handset out there. This phone is fully submersible and it can withstand anything, even Roseanne Barr's fat ass.

Actually I am a graduate student studying higher ed admin with an interest in student fitness programming. I am going to move to Denver when I graduate. I like cellular phones, a lot. I am a cell phone junkie and I know a lot about the industry even though I never worked a day in it.
