Heh. You know what works? Just keep telling those people that you can't understand what they're saying. Just keep repeating that until they say it correctly. At which point you continue the conversation until they slip up again. Not only are they getting their issue resolved on the first call(YAY!), you'll have succesfully reminded them of how to speak English.

I think i spend 90% of my day ignoring stupid stuff people say, ya i had one lady who called in and was talking about bouncy checks and that all those bouncy checks are bad so i played along untill i told her tha they where bounced checks and that we will have to recover payments to that she says i am a horrible rep and that all we do is rip people off and again she states we gave her bouncy checks, please for the love of god dont bouce checks and then call and blame the company you bounced the checks with you have to be stupid to do that, but i hear that at least once a day, people should spend more on theere education rather than a brand new phone 😳

A customer calls in about there m800 and saying that i need to talk to cookies and i need to enable them right know, now i cant talk to cookies for this guy becouse that doesent make sence at all man somtimes when people say things im just think did you think 5 seconds before you start yelling at people for cookies i mean come on they are simple to turn on but it seems we was mad enough to check him phone against a wall, he lost had no cookies for him and he broke him phone 😁 sucker
