Do you ever want to tell customers to cancel, and get Cricket?

When customers are going on and on about how they cannot afford to pay their bill, and how we are ripping them off somehow because they keep going over their minutes, and how they want unlimited calling, but don't want to pay for it, someonetimes i wish i could just say,


"Why don't you just cancel and go to Cricket, or a company similar to them? You have been past due for over 6 months. If the charges are this overwhelming, why do you continue service with ________? Why do you even have a cell phone? Looking at your calls, you don't even leave your area, so Cricket would be perfect for you? If they are not in your area, then get home phone...you can make as many calls as you want...that way, you don't have to continue to call me, and i ...
