Convergy's (I think I spelled that wrong)

All you Canadian reps who work for AWS customer care, I heard a nasty rumor that ALL of you would be transferred to a new project. (Not Cingular or AWS) Can anyone confirm or deny this rumor? I would like to know because your center is sooo huge. Anyway, any knowledge is greatly appreciated, 😁 😁 😁 😉

there is some truth to another convergys where i'm from in lubbock TX. they will lose Cingular/att and start a deal with a company called COMnet (i think). i could have the company name wrong though.

It's Convergys. I was on the SBC project at the Hazelwood location and it ended. They gave me three weeks of paid training to switch projects. Convergys is not perfect, but honestly, I have no complaints about the way I was treated when my project ended.
