first customer of the day....

...and she starts off by complaining that everything with sprint sux and that we are all crooks and we always screw everything up. then she goes on about how her service sucks and she drops calls and never has service. 🙄

then she wants to change to the simply everything plan and get a new phone, for free, even tho she still has like 5 months on her contract. i tried to explain to her that she would not get a phone for free and that she would have to sign a new contract to get the $75 off a phone.

so then she flips out on me about that. saying that its crap that i will let her "upgrade her plan" but wont GIVE her the phone THAT GOES WITH THAT PLAN. I tired explaining that any phone will work with that plan and that we WONT GIVE h...
