Most number of texts seen on a customer account.
I want to know what everyone's record for text messages sent and received was for ONE MONTH - that you have personally seen on a customer account. No hearsay. Just facts. If I wasn't behind a proxy I'd send a screenshot I saved of the record I've personally seen.
I'm just saying this because The "old" record in one month was 12,560.
The NEW record is...
18,989!
It was a 12 year old boy with an LG ENV. And his phone was actually in pretty good shape. The phone looked pretty new actually, which is a testament to the phone itself.
His 3-month average was 16,xxx (I don't remember the details on that.)

He's probably gay because even when it comes to txt a normal man would not want to talk that much. I mean even though you can think about what you say first 18989 is a lot. 18989 divided by 30 is 632.96 txts a day.

ridiculous.. and if you figure 8 hours for sleeping, 633 texts into 16 waking hours is almost 40/hr.

i figure half it and that is his close to acurate of text messages. i used to recieve a few for a while. my text and talk has pretty much become null, which means why in god's name did i revert back to my old free icoming call plan?

Well, USCC doesn't show received on the bill, since they are free, so I can only tell ya sent, but my daughter's last month was 10,348 sent messages, which is about average for her. If I had to guess, she receives more than she sends, so the total would be at least twice that number.

In her texting, no, probably not, but she is an A average student, so I assume the spelling and grammer are correct in other areas of writing.

I used to have a girl come in monthly trying to beat her previous month. It started around 16,000, by the time i left the store she was around 19,500. we told her if she beat 30,000 we'd give her bill credit of $50. i don;t know if she ever got it... 👀

We had a 14 year old girl come in to our store with problems on her LG Rumor. The ink was worn off of the qwerty and she had only had the phone for 6 months. My tech and I cheked her 14 day usage for texting and she had used 9,800. 300 before noon that day. She was trending 19,600 for the month.

About 2 years ago I had a customer come in to get a phone for his son who was about 12/13. So about a month later I was doing a follow up call to see how the service was going. I pull up the bill and look at his sons line. My jaw nearly hit the floor, about 24000 text messages. And to top it off there was no text messaging plan on his account. At 0.05 a message just for text came out to over $1200. I called him to let him know and my coworker could hear him yelling on the phone at his son.

had someone come in around 6 months ago with a samsung 309, she had over 24000 msgs listed on her phone when i checked her last months bill to see how she could lower her bill. she had the unl msg plan, dont worry, but she was only using about 250 min a month on a 1500 min plan. she said that actually she averages over 30000 a month. phone looked like new, dont know how she did it.
